If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please do so within 28 days of receipt of your jewellery.

We will sadly not be able to refund any bespoke items, or those altered for special requests.

To return an item, please do the following;

Simply pack up your jewellery in its original box and clearly address the parcel to

FREEPOST SALVARI including your name and order number.

Salvari Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be issued 14 days after receipt of items, and jewellery must be unworn and undamaged to receive a credit via the original method of purchase.

Returning Faulty Items     

All our pieces go through a strict quality control process, but In the unlikely event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services directly so we can help.

Any items returned to us will be assessed and any jewellery received which we believe has been subject to regular wear and tear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

Temporary Closure 

Following rulings by the Government this week concerning the official UK lock-down and restrictions on non-essential work to support vital infrastructure and services, Salvari has made the decision to temporarily halt trading until further notice.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and sincerely hope that all of you, your friends and families stay safe and well during these uncertain and challenging times.

Please feel free to look around the site but be aware any purchases made will not be fulfilled until business resumes as normal.
